Logan Brown is Head of VR and Immersive Content at MPC Film VR, which uses film assets to make photo-real 360 degree videos and highly interactive realtime experiences. He also serves as Executive Producer at the Technicolor Experience Center. Logan graduated from Northwestern University’s Creative Writing for the Media program as well as the Theater program. His thesis project was an interactive theater experience in which the audience affected the narrative structure. Subsequently, he worked as a Playwright, winning several awards such as Best Play at the New York Int’l Fringe Festival and a Fringe First at the Edinburgh Int’l Fringe Festival, getting published via Oberon Books and helping to mount several more productions in Australia, Europe and America. Logan has also written, directed and/or produced various film projects, including both short form and feature-length, some of which have screened at film festivals and achieved worldwide distribution. Before MPC, Logan worked at Oculus VR, a subsidiary of Facebook, where he held the position of Lead Tech Producer and helped launch the first Oculus Rift headset into the commercial market.
